I always got a return e-mail or a phone response to any of my questions in a timely manner. The business owner Kent is a craftsman. He has been doing this work for many years and it shows in the final end product. He and his team work incredibly hard and simply do great work. I have had numerous compliments from neighbors on the front drive pavers which quite frankly transformed the entrance to the house. I actually had compliments from my neighbors on how polite and friendly the workers were and how they cleaned up everyday, which when you live in close proximity to other houses is important. "After taking measurements, Matt submitted a detailed site plan and estimate. Impressed with his friendly and professional manner, we hired them to grind a tree stump in the front yard and grade the area before installing the pavers for the sidewalk and new patio. The work was meticulously completed on time and as promised. Upon completion and final inspection, Matt noticed a very slight imperfection in a small section (I didn't even notice until he pointed it out) and had his crew come back to correct it, which they cheerfully did. All in all, we could not be happier with every aspect of the job and we look forward to having them back to install some plantings and sod to complete our landscaping."
