We were absolutely thrilled with the work of Rich and his crew. They pressure washed and painted the entire exterior of our house. They were timely, neat and very professional. They even freshened up the front door. We would definitely recommend and use them again!!

Richard and his crew did a great job. Price was as quoted and included the paint to my surprise. They did great prep work and the result is fantastic. I was a bit nervous about the color at first which I discussed with Richard. He advised me to give it a week because the change was so dramatic - and he was absolutely correct. The house looks stunning and I've received many compliments already on how great it looks. Now I just have to add the new landscaping. He also put me in touch with his masonry person that fixed all the rusted/deteriorating edges.

Excellent experience! Exterior of my house was painted beautifully by Rich, John and Joan. Rich showed up on time to give me an estimate and work was done on the date scheduled in a very timely fashion. Rich is the owner and present on the job everyday. 3 years ago I asked Rich for a quote. He gave it to me, but told me he didn't think the house needed to be repainted as the paint was in good condition. That impressed me so when we decided to repaint this year we called him. He, John and Joan did an excellent job. They were there on time, delivered the job on time, cleaned up when they finished. The house has not looked this good since it was built in 1989.

Richard and his team at CCI Painting Services did a superb job in October 2020 on our 2 story stucco home. Rich took so much time with me to help pick the perfect color, offered suggestions for our front door based on the landscaping we have, I never would have thought of that. They were so particular about everything they did, even vacuuming up paint chips from when they power washed the house ! I can't say enough good about this company ! Richard and his team did an amazing job on our exterior house painting job on our home in Palm Harbor. He helped us decide how to use the colors we chose and was willing to change things if I wanted to change something. Our home has a lot of exterior surface area with complicated angles and lots of trim. The job was done beautifully and in a reasonable amount of time. Richard and his team are the nicest people as well!

Went very very well. The first time in the three (3) times that we have had the house painted that the doors and windows etc were actually covered. The crew was meticulous with their work and actually asked questions and made recommendations when appropriate. They got the job next time.

This is actually a belated review. Rich arranged painting of our 900 sq ft house in 2015. He and his crew did a very good job and cleaned up well. I am adding this review because of the follow-up they did. The paint and caulk were supposed to be mildew-resistant, but there were lots of spots and streaks of mildew showing up on all sides of the house. We called Rich, he came out to examine the job and immediately arranged to pressure wash and repaint the problem areas. For no charge, saying he takes pride in his work and strives to keep customers happy. All done in a day of work, and the house looks cheery yellow with white trim once again. Thanks very much, Rich! You deserve the A rating!

CCI painted our house 6/30 - 7/1. The crew consisted of the main painter/business owner, Rich, and his 2 assistants. They worked as an effective & efficient team. They showed up on time and completed the job as planned. Before finalizing the job, Rich did a thorough inspection with us to make sure nothing was missed and we were satisfied. From the first meeting to get an estimate, Rich presents as a professional who not only knows his job but enjoys it. He brings an artistic sense and a high level of caring which we appreciated. Color strips that you get in the paint store are amusingly called "pretty little liars" because they look very different on a wall in natural light. Your home had large masonry bands that I felt would overpower the body color if you used the lighter trim color on it. You listened to my suggestions and your home came out looking far more modern. We cannot say enough good things about CCI Painting Services and Rich the owner. From day one of the estimate to the final touches, he was so thorough and the attention to detail was beyond any we have never experienced. He is on site for the entire job with the help of his very professional crew. I received other estimates and all were similar in price, but I knew right away that CCI painting Services was going to get my contract as Rich took time to answer all my questions and presented me with a very professional folder with all the information needed. He had great suggestions and worked with us to find the best colors for our home. He continually kept us informed of timelines and what would happen and when. Rich was very patient and helpful in selection of colors for wood, stuccoed masonry, lanai ceiling and metal chimney cap areas. They were always on-time, pleasant to chat with, and meticulous in their taping/protection of fixtures, pool deck, and windows. A thorough pressure washing proceeded their work two days before the painting. They even painted the wood mailbox post to match the new color scheme. They were meticulous in their clean-up and removal of all taping material. All of the unused paint was given to us. They were professional from start to finish.

Rich and his crew did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our home. It was obvious that they take pride in the work that they do. One of our pool enclosure screens was slightly torn during the painting. The crew pointed this out and had it repaired at no cost to us. A reliable and honest business!

EXCELLENT. If there was an A+ I'd give it. Very competent, easy to get along with, Quality work. Recommended by a friend 5 yrs! ago. But first new red tile roof, solar panels, doors, stucco work. He worked with us on getting handyman for prep, his crew did pressure wash. Used best quality paint, very flexible when we dawdled on choosing house color, no complaint when we didn't like the door color we choose, repainted. Even painted small items like mailbox, plant hangers the door color. NO upcharges on anything, he honored our 3 year old quote. Details like masking over labels on solar equipment, the 60 ft long block wall needed FOUR coats, no problem. In all this 5 yr time he was always easy to get ahold of - especially considering he participates in the painting himself, so he must call back when he stops. I would recommend most highly to others.

Rich was great. He came out to give me an estimate first. He spent a lot of time with me talking color schemes and details. I received the estimate and a couple weeks later I scheduled the project. I picked the colors over the next few weeks and when I had questions Rich would always help me with the concerns I had and helped with color advice. The whole project I think took 4 days. They were battling the weather and rain while painting the house. They were very detail oriented and cleaned up well after the project. I came home to a beautiful new house. Love it! Thank you!

Finally got onto this site at work...for some reason, I couldn't write this review at home. That being said, I got 3 quotes before I chose someone to paint our house. Two were of equal price and one substantially lower. All three people seemed very nice...but my gut feeling was to pick Rich with CCI...who was one of the 2 of equal price. WELL, for once, I got it right! Rich isn't just a painter, he's an artist and your house will be his canvas. When he showed up the first day to paint, he praised me for having the house ready and stated that he some people don't so it takes time for him to do things to ready the area around the house and that his real love, is the painting part..."I love to take a house, paint it, and make it look beautiful". He did, and it is. When I first had Rich out to get an estimate, he gave me several ideas...some of which I took, some of which I didn't (I have a wife too you know...LOL). His ideas all made sense and you could see that he knew what he was doing and that it would have an excellent ending. Rich's "crew" (family members-which is always nice) showed up Saturday to pressure wash the house - on time, great job, off to a great start. On Tuesday, Rich and the rest of "the crew" showed up to start painting - they finished Wednesday just before a storm...and did a great job. A side note, we were in Sherwin Williams still trying to pick colors for the house a week and a half before Rich was to start painting and I heard the guy behind the desk say "OK, Rich, we'll have the paint ready for you on Monday" (for another job). I asked the guy if that might be Rich from CCI...and he said yes, he's a great guy. I replied "excellent, he's painting my house in a week or so". He told me I wouldn't be disappointed. One final note..."the package" Rich gave us with the quote just looked so professional with all his certifications, etc - much more than the other quotes I received - AND, it has a 10 year warranty. So, there you go...would I pick Rich again if I needed a house painted...yes. Would I recommend him to someone else, yes. Thanks, Rich...to you and your crew!

You too realized the value of having me work with my crew as opposed to the whole job being done by employee'[Member Information Removed] of a big company We talked a lot about color and color placement. Once you picked your colors we were "off to the races". We taped all windows,sealed all your masonry, caulked where needed and painted two coats of Resilience (Sherwin Williams' lifetime paint) on the entire house. Your front door was painted using an HVLP (used to paint cars) with an all surface enamel as the coating. This made for a strong durable coating especially after doing six coats. I called Rich and CCI painting to get a quote for my house painting. He answered the phone right away (along with just about every other time I called him) and was at my house later that day. He spent at least an hour and a half walking methodically around the house with me to understand exactly what I wanted done. He was super patient and did not rush me whatsoever. I had a few areas of concern with stucco cracks. He explained what he could do to fix those as well as recommended a great stucco guy for other stucco problems I had. His price was right inline with other quality painter references I received. My wife and I were in paralyzed with color choice. He recommended colors, ways to paint them on the wall for testing, and even came by a couple more times with both my wife and I to help us decide. He really made us comfortable with our choice. He patience was beyond belief. He offered us multiple start dates starting about 5 weeks out. I asked for an even later date due to other home improvements I wanted done before painting. He called during that time to offer an earlier date as he had a cancellation, but I declined as my other work was not complete. As the date approached, he contacted me and told me exactly what to expect and everything went as planned. We had one little hiccup. During pressure washing, I had decaying rubber seals around the bottom of my windows and some of the mud from the window seal got onto one of my carpets. I showed it to him and he was super apologetic and immediately offered to pay for cleaning or replacing the carpet if that didn't work. I didn't have to ask for that at all. As it turned out, I was planning a carpet cleaning anyway as part of annual maintenance and the mud came right up. Most contractors that I've dealt with would have denied it was them or blamed it on our windows. I think that shows you what kind of quality business you are dealing with when you hire CCI. The painting itself went great. They did our whole 3100 sq ft house in about 4 days. His crew was very respectful of our property and Rich was here the whole time. He or his crew were always available to talk and made sure they had even the smallest details correct. I was having new garage doors put in, but that didn't happen until after the painting was done. Painting the garage doors was not part of our contract. Rich asked if he could paint them anyway because he did not want to leave a job looking unfinished. He did not charge extra for this and they looked great when he was done. About three months after they were done, I found a couple very small areas (because I'm super particular) that I wanted touched up. Rich responded right away and even volunteered to touch up different spots that other contractors had messed up with their work for no charge. Our house looks fantastic. We are thrilled we found CCI. They are super patient, thoughtful, meticulous, and stand behind their work. I would certainly use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Rich is a true professional and was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was prompt in his response to my initial inquiry and spent a great deal of time on his first visit to look over the house, determine our needs and help finalize the color selection. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn’t cut corners, either. Pressure washed, applied mildicide, caulked, and applied two coats paints (not primer and one one coat). He even added a no-skid substance to our pool deck when the paint was applied. Rich pays attention to every detail and takes pride in his work. He and his team are efficient and reliable and always showed up as promised. Rich is a perfectionist and it goes without saying that our house turned out beautifully. We have had a lot of home improvements performed this year, and this project was by far the easiest and most pleasant.
