"Mr. Michael Garth did a great job designing and installing a landscape update in our front yard. Provided easy to understand design and quote for work. Let us know ahead of time if something was going to be in addition to quote. Excellent communication - always let us know when he was coming to work on the job. Still getting compliments from the neighbors when they walk by."

"World class service as they are very professional and friendly! I wholeheartedly recommend them as they endured and suffered a lot for our home additions as the contractor we had is impossible to work with . "This was the very first time I hired an architect, so I was a little nervous about how the county wanted things done so when I hired Mr. TORRES and he came in with his expertise and very knowledgeable about what they wanted, I was put at ease. I had inherited a home with additions and structures that were not permitted I was also asked to remove the front porch structure. Mr. TORRES went over the plans and realized that the county was wrong and the structure was not needing to be removed, Needless to say he saved me thousands of dollars â ¦ thank you, OSCARâ ¦"

"Warren Barry drafted the plans for our residential assisted living facility, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He treated the project like his own ? communicative, responsive, and consistently ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. What set Warren apart was how he engaged with our vision. He understood our goals and translated them into thoughtful, well-executed plans, while offering smart suggestions that went beyond architecture into the business side of the project. After working with him, Warren is the only architect we feel comfortable scaling our business with. As we open additional facilities, we have full confidence he can deliver the same quality and partnership at every stage. If you want an architect who is talented, dependable, and genuinely invested in your success, hire Warren. Five stars, without hesitation."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"

"Dakota and his team did an excellent job with our landscape project. Rather than sell me on his ideas, he listened carefully to my design goals and created a layout with plants that aligned with my desired color scheme and soil type. The crew was very professional - extremely hard working and courteous. Definitely recommend Southern Brothers and will rehire for future projects!"
