"This is the fourth time our firm has hired Arc Design. They are a great company to work with. They met us out at the jobsite along with our client. We reviewed the existing structure as well as what we wanted to create with the new addition. They are very knowledgeable and made suggestions along the way. After our meeting, we collaborated to achieve the final plans that the client's were happy with. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Randy and Julius are a pleasure to work with.

"Would recommend Marcus over and over again. Did just what I wanted and in a great time frame. Listened to what I wanted on every aspect of the job. Would HIGHLY recommend. Easy to work with and very reliable."

"This was the very first time I hired an architect, so I was a little nervous about how the county wanted things done so when I hired Mr. TORRES and he came in with his expertise and very knowledgeable about what they wanted, I was put at ease. I had inherited a home with additions and structures that were not permitted I was also asked to remove the front porch structure. Mr. TORRES went over the plans and realized that the county was wrong and the structure was not needing to be removed, Needless to say he saved me thousands of dollars â ¦ thank you, OSCARâ ¦"

"Excellent from the moment theyhe came on the property Fernando and his crew. I truly was quite satisfied their hard working and very meticulous like it was their own property excellent the work they done here in my yard the best.In my years nobody has done as Fernando and his worker and his men they has done with complete excellence the workers are such hard workers and they all are very much knowledgeable of what they're doing and how he wants it done. it is like a family that is just clustered together and I've never seen workers as well worked and performed so wonderfully and from the moment they got on the job to the moment they left and left it clean like they weren't even there they cleaned up after themselves these are hard-working people .I tell you I would hire them anytime every time I need something done he's the one I'm going to call. All his people are the best that I've seen and I've had a lot of people work done through years on different homes and I'll tell you Fernando's company and his workers are the best in the business excellent!! excellent!! and courteous, knowledgeable they treat you like you're a family member like I was their mother or their sister every one of them beautiful hardworking people .I would recommend them highly to anyone and God bless them all because they deserve the blessing. .working in such horrible Heat and yet never complaining and just does the work so beautiful and completely done and the way they clean up is unbelievable like their own home is just you know they have pride in this company is full of pride and have the stability and I believe that they're going to be growing faster than they realize because they don't have such honest people today like Fernando and his company . I rate them number one the best."

"They did an outstanding job!… I would use them again in a heartbeat. I’ve been wanting to renovate, my old bedroom that was themed to look like a Florida panhandle, nice but it was so dated. They had me reimagine what it might look like if I took it up another notch, and they made it a more visually appealing and modern Caribbean vibe! I’m a guy so I need help on these things lol"

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"

"Iâ ve had a vision for my dream home for a while now and havenâ t been able to find anyone who can take the picture in my head and put it on paper. Iâ ve worked with other engineers, but most of them tend to add their own spin to my idea and were not able to capture my visions accurately. I was sold on Justyce Royal from the initial consultation! Donathan took the time to understand my vision without adding his own flare or subtracting from my non negotiables . He was not only able to create the design for me in 2D, but was able to provide a realistic 3D image so that I can see exactly what the home would look like in real life. Iâ m not quite at the point of breaking ground with construction, as I am still looking for a location, but I am so excited about my design and cannot wait until the construction phase begins. Thank you Justyce Royal for your professionalism, sensitivity to my budget, and willingness to work with me to bring my dreams to reality. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would!"

"Fast and reliable calls back very professional"
