Initially good during installation but the lawn maintenance was poor. They basically refused to do the work that was clearly specified initially.

Project started and completed on time, 8 weeks after deposit made. All irrigation, plants and sod healthy and installed properly. Very good communication and follow-up. Dakota managed the project well and set standards for workers to follow, including ensuring job was fully completed.

If you need any landscaping or irrigation done...this is the company to choose. My husband and I dreamed of having a tropical oasis in the middle of Palm Harbor and now we do. Not only is Southern Brothers Company's work worth their own tv show...their professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. My backyard went from being the biggest eye sore in the neighborhood...to being a place everyone wants to be. We just had our pool done, so Dakota and his team built around that to make sure we were utilizing every space. I used to be so embarrassed of the pile of dirt back there....but just in a matter of days...they transformed it into something truly amazing. Again, I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. :)

Dakota and his team did an excellent job with our landscape project. Rather than sell me on his ideas, he listened carefully to my design goals and created a layout with plants that aligned with my desired color scheme and soil type. After completing the landscaping, he repaired my sprinkler system And added new led landscape lights. He was very professional and on time for his appointments. Needed my feature garden updated, trees pruned and gardens mulched. Dakota offered suggestions and presented a fair price. His crew removed all old plants/trees and prepared area for new trees and plants, including updated lighting and irrigation. They trimmed all my trees and mulched rest of gardens. They completed the project and left the area looking top notch. Would definitely use them again for future projects. Hired them to do regular lawn service.

They did such a great job with the landscaping in our front yard that we also had them do the landscaping and drainage in the backyard. These guys are excellent and have very reasonable prices. We could not be happier and even decided to use them for our monthly lawn maintenance.

We contacted Dakota and Southern Brothers Landscape Design to get a quote on remodeling our landscaping in Huntington at Safety Harbor. He showed up on time and brought his entire crew with him. He was my second quote and we walked the property while discussing expectations. He gave a fair price and could start immediately after agreeing. My lawn was serviced the same day and looked great. We discussed our future project of replacing old sod with new sod along with new azaleas. He quoted another fair price and we agreed to do the upgrade. The new sod looks great and cut good around the corners and green. His team dug out an old tree and replaced with new azaleas. The new azaleas on both sides of front door were planted in a strategic direction to bring the best look. Also completed new brown mulch on all the beds on the property with expert mulching. We moved into our new house which had been foreclosed for 12 months so the landscaping was in bad shape. We called a few different landscapers to give us estimates. When Dakota came out he came up with a design right then and there that we really liked and the price was very reasonable. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very professional. What he and his guys did blew me away. They spent 3 long days working on it and the results are even more amazing than we imagined. We have had so many compliments and our neighbors have already hired him to do work for them. I highly recommend Dakota and his guys for any landscaping job.

This young man has it going on. He is tireless in perfection and job completion. I can't say enough of how happy I am with the job he did. I had a yard of weeds and just told Dakota my budget and my vision and he made it happen! I stand on my porch and grin from ear to ear cuz my front yard is the best on the block. Very punctual, The employees, Tyler and David are excellent, hard working individuals that are very receptive to suggestions. They did an excellent job. I'm happy with the results and the neighbors have made all positive comments.

Watch out for this guy. He talks a good game. He will cut corners leaving an unsightly area and then argue that he did everything right. In addition if you challenge him he will try to bully you. His guarantee is worthless - just words - just paper. A horrible example of customer service. Dakota came out and sized up the job and quoted a price. The job was to establish a gravel area at the side of the house, fill in some large void areas that seawall construction left with dirt to level the ground so and then sod the complete yard. In order to establish the new gravel area he needed to move some gravel from the back side of the house. While moving the old gravel area he poured gravel into the void areas rather that the dirt fill he charged me for. Big concern is that the void fill with gravel will not provide a solid base for the lawn to root properly. When the job was done the new gravel area was too sparse of gravel that dirt showed through. When I challenge him he said that there was not enough gravel to properly cover the new area. Had he not used the old gravel to fill in the voids he may have had enough. Regardless since he bid the job he should have brought in more gravel to complete the job. When I called him he talked rather than listen and tried to bully me. I guess he does not understand what customer service means. You will make a big mistake hiring him.

Dakota & his team did a wonderful job. They replaced plants in the front yard and along the side of the house, trimmed bushes, removed all the weeds from the backyard, power washed & sanded the brick pavers, and added weed mats & river rocks where needed. They were very professional, showed up on time with the required plants & materials, and cleaned up and removed all of the debris at the completion of the job.

Next day service! Lucky. Neighbors hired them on the spot for resodding parkway they were so good. They're coming back to do re-sloping and sod for previous patio project

Sprayed the yard to kill weeds. Laid down arosion matt to slow/stop regrowth. Then put down the cypress mulch. Cleaned up and hauled away all debris, including tree limbs and shrubs.
