I recently got a modern design for my house from Maach Designs. The design was completed according to my own wishes. I am very happy with it. Thank you Maach Designs.

Thank goodness I found Omar of Maach Designs, after working remotely with two different “engineers/architects” on plans to rebuild an exterior wall. The first one wasted over a month of my time and never completed the job, and the second one used a fake stamp on documents that were immediately rejected by my county permitting office. Omar was kind and understanding of my bad experiences. He was quick to set up a site visit and meticulous in preparing new drawings. I really appreciated his efficiency in going over the first draft together by phone. The whole process from first contact to receiving final stamped documents was only about 10 days! Even better, when the County came back with a question, Omar handled it for me. My permit was approved within minutes of a nicely-worded email from him to the plans examiner. One of the best things about working with Omar is that he is always easy to reach by phone, text or email. He is someone you can trust and a pleasure to work with!
