"Beware! this company is a scammer. They said they could perform the repairs in 3-4 days. After 27 calls and 3 weeks of pushing, I received my "repaired" computer back. The computer did not work and was a pile of junk. Andrew said he found the problem but was waiting for a part, then the part was overnight delayed 4 days, then it was not done, then, then , and more excuses. He wanted to charge my credit card before work was complete. I said that once he had the repairs done, and tested, I would pay. Then he raised the price, and told me that it would be "Mostly" repaired. And that I should expect a check engine light, but it will run fine. I told him that I would pay only the original quoted price. He accepted and sent me my auto PCM. When it did not run, I had it checked out and found that none of the "Repairs" were performed. I have left several voice mails, and emails requesting him to contact me to make this right, but have not heard from him. This guy is a straight scammer. If you have any questions feel free to contact me and will give you all the details. The more people know about this company, then hopefully less people will be taken advantage of. "The customer service for this company is awful. It took me a week to get the first guy out. And, You have to deal with people from other countries (India call center). They charged me $116 for a diagnostic of my refrigerator and the repairman was nice. Then, he said the mother board/mainframe needed to be replaced which would cost $579. I told him that I wanted to research the cost online fir a new fridge for a few minutes and then I would call in a hour and place the order. He said ok. When I called in, I waited 20 minutes again. They told me I had to pay for another guy to come out and could not use any of the information on ordering the mainframe from the first technician. Tis is crazy. It would take another week to come out. Then I called another company and they told me the issue was not even the mainframe but a switcher. So I would have wasted $600+ and not even feed my fridge. When I complained to the call center and asked to speak to a supervisor, the person hung up on me. I called again and waited a long time and spoke to supervisor Raya who told me that she could not help me with paying the diagnostic fee again because it was the companies policy."

"What can you say about a company that does not value their long time customers? The company use to be a great! I’ve been with them for over 10 years! I have recommended and referred family & friends to them. Not no more! In the last few years the service has become awful. They are difficult to deal with. The techs are not proficient and you end up having 2-3 of them in order to fix the issue! One kid even came to do a simple Freon gas top off and he had never done that, in addition he tried to remove the back of the fridge from inside and broke all the hard plastic casing and then ripped out the foam insulation, who does that! Broward Factory does. The latest lies & cons was a renewal that could be put on hold or freeze while I was out of country, the salesman, assured me not a problem, we can do that, no they don't! But then never informed me that I could cancel, so instead its been dragging on for months, with no follow-up, everyone has a different story about the issue, they change the facts and call it a misunderstanding on my part! G Go with another service contract company and avoid this one, unless you really enjoy wasting your time on conflict resolutions"
