Adrian was contacted by my home warranty company, AHS, to repair a plumbing stoppage. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The work was performed promptly and he was easy to talk to. Would definitely hire again.

I called Adrian on Friday and he said his serviceman would call me to set up the appointment which he did. They showed up on Monday on time as scheduled. After diagnosing the machine they had to order parts and on Thursday came back and fixed it. I found them a little pricey.
Julio and Israel were very professional and accommodating. I will absolutely use this company again.

It was about $1000 but I got a discount, so it came up to $700. I was satisfied with whatever they did. The quality of their work was very good.

They were fine. They fixed it and we did not have to call them back. They were good. We will use them again

We had Adrian out three times because the drains were draining slowly, backing up, and he kept failing to fix it. The first time he rooted it out and left. A month later it clogged again. He did the same again. Then a month later it clogged a third time. He refused to come on the day we called since it 'was raining'. He finally came an hour and a half after the time scheduled on the second day. He worked for about an hour on the clog, and finally declared that he couldn't fix it and we'd have to call and pay Roto Rooter and also get a plumber to install a 'clean out' in the front yard. He left the shower in our downstairs bathroom full of sewage (it wasn't before) and the toilets and all plumbing in the house completely unusable (whereas we could use it before, slowly and with care, giving it time to drain). He basically cost me a day's, took our house from liveable to unlivable condition (with sewage in the house), and completely failed to fix the problem in three call-outs. American Home Shield was also impossible to deal with and will not cover the problem, though their contract says they cover clogged plumbing. I recommend against ever buying a warranty from them or using this plumber.

They arrived at the time scheduled, had a very good attitude, made good recommendations about my plumbing, was very neat, cleaned up afterward, and was in and out within an hour and a half. He had a very good attitude, was very pleasant, and did a good job.

They didn't call back right away but they showed up as promised on time. Their work was neat and very good.

The worker that came was on time to the appointment. He looked at the water heater, and he completely replaced the water heater the next day. It only took him a half hour to get the water heater in. He was quick in getting the work all done.

Adrien was very courteous, punctual, and professional. He saw that I had a flapper for my toilet just sitting on a shelf and since he was here less than an hour he just installed that for me without my asking to fill the hour that I was being charged.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE THEY NEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY I WOULD REHIRE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY RELIABLE. I HAVE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY EVEN CAME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED THEM.

THEY MISDIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM SO THEY HAD TO COME OUT THREE TIMES. WE FOUND OUT THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT THE REFRIGERATOR BUT, A LEAK IN THE WALL. THEY CHARGED US FOR LOOKING AT THE REFRIGERATOR AND NOT EVEN FIXING IT.
