We hired Dale at Pro Precision Electrical to replace our circuit breaker panel with another 200 amp panel since our old one was not on the approved list of our homeowner's insurance. Dale responded quickly with a very reasonable quote. He showed up on time with two workers. He had to enlarge the opening a little for the new panel and as a result had to patch the drywall, but he still stuck to the original quote. We had a small issue afterwards with our microwave tripping a circuit breaker, but Dale came back out quickly and fixed the problem. Overall, we were very pleased with his work and price and would definitely hire him again. He is now my go-to contractor for any electrical work I need done.

Dale took on a formidable task, rewiring a home with multiple issues not the least of which was hidden junction boxes and aluminum and knob-and-tube wiring. He and his crew were relentless and searched out every issue and solved them efficiently and precisely. They were all wonderful to work with and made the best of a difficult situation. they came out promptly, found a short in an electrical line inside an in-ground electrical junction and fixed it. Very nice guys.

Our AC went down on Monday, AC service came and stated that this was an electrical issue. Our electrical panel had a major circuit breaker fault and almost started a home fire. We put in a service request with our home warranty provider, they scheduled a electrician but the company contacted could not respond until the next day. We then called Dale, he was at our house within two hours. He managed to temporarily get our AC electricity up an running and he provided us an estimate of a complete panel replacement. We provided this estimate to our home warranty provider, they once again could not respond until the next four days to even get an electrician to provide a second opinion. When they did respond their estimate was comparable to Dale's at Pro-Precision, but they could not respond until another four days. I again called Dale, he was at my house the next day to install the new panel. Between Dale and his Journeyman, they working from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm getting the job done. I checked there progress throughout the day, excellent work. They cleaned up all debris and left the work site (my garage very clean).

Dale himself was not able to come in so he sent another, competent, electrician in his place. He was on time, provided great customer service, and did am outstanding job replacing the light switches in my house. I will definitely hire this company again.

Dale was the only vendor out of three that responded to my request for service through Angie's List, and I am glad that is how it turned out. Dale was available quickly (I had guests coming later that same week and was scrambling to finish these lighting improvements beforehand). More importantly, he and his associate are professional, courteous and efficient, and his pricing was very fair. I will be hiring Dale for some future projects when ready, and would recommend him to others.

We had what we thought was a major electrical problem at our tenant's home. Appliances were turning off and light bulbs were burning out. Dale arrived within 2.5 hours after our initial call and found the problem right away for a very reasonable price. He is now our new electrician. Don't think twice about calling him.

Dale from ProPrecision spoke to me at length on the phone about the issue. He met me at the house the next day and inspected everything thoroughly. He then provided me with a quote for my insurance company. We picked a day convenient for both of us. When I arrived, his crew was already on site and working on the problems. They stayed all day (on a SATURDAY) and rewired the entire room, completing the job, plus performed some additional "fixes" around the house for me. The price was very fair. I found them extremely professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. Not only were they very responsive when I called them, they also provided me with a thorough explanation of the situation, my options, and then provided a very fair and reasonable quote. Called Pro Precision they came out and found that no power was going to pumps. After a lot of troubleshooting they found that an underground wire had burned out the pool timer control which also fed the sprinkler timer was bad. They had to install new conduit and pull wire in addition they needed to replace the sprinkler timer. This repair occurred over a period of two days. I was pleased with the work and the manner in which they discussed the reasons for the outage. I will use them again.

We had an electrical problem where we knew there was a short or something somewhere but my husband was pretty confident that he had searched everywhere and he couldn't find it. The guy came in and he found it immediately. He walked in our kitchen and he knew what it was because he knew obviously knew the electrical codes and so on. It happened that there was a short some where in our doorbell. It was a little doorbell thing that was in our kitchen and he was able to fix it. He had to get some parts and things like that and he had to replace the doorbell. Our doorbell wasn't working and we didn't know it. It was kind of like of an emergency job in a way because there was a buzzing sound and a burning smell. That was basically some electrical repaired. Then we wanted to have a light put on an island in the kitchen. They literally had to go into the ceiling, go into the walls to wire it. He had to cut holes in certain places of the wall and we have textured walls. When he put back plaster on it, he was very much of a perfectionist about it. It needed to be repainted of course but the texture doesn't look like any holes were ever cut. The light that we put over the island was 2 lights on a bar, so it had to be exactly level. It wasn't in line with the island but he was a perfectionist. I also liked that when he went up into the ceiling to figure out if there was going to be enough support up there to hold the light- because it was on the heavy side and he went up and he said he had never seen this before. The way that they constructed these houses, they don't have like beams up above, they have like these steel girders. So he was comfortable enough to say, 'wow, I've never worked with this before'. He was competent enough at what he did. We'll recommend him to anybody. I thought the price was going to be much more than that, her charges 75 dollars per hour if I'm not mistaken and I think he worked more than what he charged us. It was clear he really knew what he was doing. We went without electricity in certain parts of the house because we were afraid of an electrical fire. He came on time. He had to come back on another day because he had to get some parts and stuff like that. He was there when he said he was going to be. I've already recommended them to other people. He met my standards.
