Onpoint Termite & Pest Control

Louis of on-point was hired in November of 2016 to do a complete termite inspection of our condo. He was paid in full at the time of treatment. He found termite droppings at a kitchen cabinet and treated it. After our tenant contacted the management company after seeing termite dropping 11 months into our one year contract our management company contacted Louis to set up another inspection/treatment. Louis was a no show. Numerous attempts to have Louis come back out and he still did not show up for his appointment with our tenant and management company. When I did get Louis to answer my call he was very rude, accusatory and used foul language. More than person has witnessed Louis's actions. He even told us over the phone that coming out to our home was "out of his way" and doesn't work for free.

We used Luis at OnPoint for the first year after we bought our house. He was supposed to come every 3 months but never showed until we called him and then he did miss a time slot and not call. He was a nice guy up front at first then our phone calls went unanswered when trying to get him to come. One time he came he had equipment problems and had to return again after he got it fixed. In our opinion something happened to him where his reliability and integrity is gone. Sad to say this is common here in south Florida with many individuals. We do not recommend OnPoint for any services.

Service is very poor, missed appointments without explanation. Acts as if we are hassling him to come and check out live termites. He states we are under warranty and because wood is treated termites eat it and die so does not offer to treat anything when he came the one time. Other pest control services state this is untrue anyhow and we have several live colonies in the house. If you are buying a new home under warranty by onpoint either have it reassessed by a legitimate company or look for a different house. Seriously, this warranty appears to be fraud.
