"My wife and I wanted to remodel our 34 year old bathrooms that were obviously outdated and especially when we want to retire in a few years and have bathrooms that would be a credit to the house. We got on Angie's list and found remodeling contractors thinking they could provide all the ideas necessary to redesign the bathrooms. That wasn't true.  We did find one contractor who referred us to Lynn Austin(Lynne Austin Home, Inc.) because he did not do design work. We called Lynn Austin and she came out to meet with us within 2 days.    
     It has been such a pleasure to work with her that there are not enough adjectives. She listened, made suggestions and then made computer designs and/or sends pdf's of materials or photos of whatever we decided to put in our bathrooms. The designs included EVERYTHING. She came back out and measured EVERYTHING. It was like having an architect work with you. She has a very strong history of how everything works in a bathroom and how it is installed. She met with us at the suppliers warehouse to look at tile, cabinetry and countertops so we could make sure everything would look good and work together. She has spent more time with us on the phone and computer that I've accumulated more than 20 pages of design work. I CANNOT imagine a finer person to work with in a redesign of a bathroom. She also worked with us in redesigning our master walk-in closet. It was amazing.I'm sure she would do equally as well in kitchen work but we had already remodeled ours years earlier.    I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!     Well worth more than her fee.  And besides the work,  she just is a NICE person."
