Once he came to review what we needed done, we received a detailed quote in writing via Intuit QuickBooks. The quote even discussed some issues that could arise during the project that might require additional work that may increase the total cost. He communicated with us should he need to change the schedule for the work and any issues that required additional time or materials. When the work was completed, he sent an invoice via Intuit QuickBooks that provided the details of the labor charges for each item and a separate line item for the total cost of materials. He also made sure we were satisfied with the completed work."
