"Eric and just crew were and went above and beyond our expectations! We had gone with another ac company for my elderly mother-in-law and her fiancée. The other company lied, was deceiving and never came thru with what they promised. They gave a quote if 8700$ for a Carrier unit . That was very high. We called Epic to get another quote but in the mean time the other company called and dropped the price to 6750$. Same unit. Why ? Well cause it really wasnâ t the same unit it was a much cheaper unit but told us it was the same. They. Charged 278$ to look at old unit and when the bank refused it , because the sales guy put in the wrong address It was revealed the actual charge was 348$ ! Deceit . Even after we went with that company Epic states they are still interested in helping us. Well the other company fell thru and failed on bringing us the actual unit they told us we were supposed to get and that was that. We told them donâ t unload it just go away weâ re done with you guys. I called Epic and asked what they could do and Eric who is awesome had a crew and a better unit out within 3 hours installing it! They did an excellent job , even put in an extra return duct , new power box and pad and thermostat for 500$ less than the other company , who btw took 6 days to get a unit out. I canâ t say enough about how well they took care of these elderly folks that was clearly being taking advantage of by the other company. Highly recommend these guys and Iâ m setting up service contract with them to watch over my ac unit. Thank you again Eric and crew."

My a/c would work for a little while before it would begin making noises and blowing hot air.  I assumed the worst.  The technician did a nice job of troubleshooting my a/c and explained every step of his troubleshooting.  He gave good examples of how various internal components should be performing and at what level.  He identified that the compressor was pulling too many amps while it also had an elevated pressure level.  He identified that the compressor was getting too hot too fast.  He then proceeded to clean out the a/c coils.  The coils were very dirty and you could see dirt and particles being washed away as he directed water into the coils to remove the debris.  He removed the top of the a/c and cleaned out the internal area as well.  As he was doing this, he had me watch the amp level and the pressure level.  Sure enough, as he was cleaning out the coils, the amp level fell and the compressor pressure level fell to acceptable levels.

He could have easily told me my a/c was shot and that I needed a new a/c, and I wouldn't have known the difference -- but he didn't.  It was a pleasure having him repair my a/c and it now functions fine.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"This is not a duct cleaning! They merely spray a chemical into the air intake to "sanitize" the ducts. The upgrade to duct cleaning is $65 per duct. I have 15 ducts!!! Very informative transaction. No complaints
