They came to the house check out the old air and Heat conditioner gave me an estimate on a new unit went with their estimate they got it installed professionally and now we are back up and Cooling thank you sunshine. The only thing I regret is they did not work with my insurance company like I thought they were along & along, and I never got any paperwork showing what was wrong with the old unit so I have nothing to submit to my insurance company so not sure if I'm ever going to get anything out of that insurance plan."

My a/c would work for a little while before it would begin making noises and blowing hot air.  I assumed the worst.  The technician did a nice job of troubleshooting my a/c and explained every step of his troubleshooting.  He gave good examples of how various internal components should be performing and at what level.  He identified that the compressor was pulling too many amps while it also had an elevated pressure level.  He identified that the compressor was getting too hot too fast.  He then proceeded to clean out the a/c coils.  The coils were very dirty and you could see dirt and particles being washed away as he directed water into the coils to remove the debris.  He removed the top of the a/c and cleaned out the internal area as well.  As he was doing this, he had me watch the amp level and the pressure level.  Sure enough, as he was cleaning out the coils, the amp level fell and the compressor pressure level fell to acceptable levels.

He could have easily told me my a/c was shot and that I needed a new a/c, and I wouldn't have known the difference -- but he didn't.  It was a pleasure having him repair my a/c and it now functions fine.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "These are great guys. They did a thorough job but our dryer vent work is a little complicated because of the run length and a change in materials. When we still had an issue, they were back out within 24 hours and fixed the last issue. Would definitely hire again."

"This is not a duct cleaning! They merely spray a chemical into the air intake to "sanitize" the ducts. The upgrade to duct cleaning is $65 per duct. I have 15 ducts!!! Very informative transaction. No complaints

"My a/c wasn't working - we just moved into a home that had been vacant for almost 2 years.  I received quotes to fix the problem close to $3,000.00 and doesn't include labor (it was the motor to our a/c, HOME DEPOT was one of the quotes we received.  I called Mr. Llanes, and he sent Wally.  They came as expected and cleaned the coils and replaced the motor for 1/3 of what home depot and the other guys were quoting me.   3 weeks later,  the heater wasn't working and I called Llanes again and Wally came to service the unit on the same day and problem was fixed.  I would highly recommend these guys over and over again!"
