Gerald Howell is an awesome technician! He is professional, friendly, and quick. He made a special effort to not spill rusty water from the old hot water heater onto my carpet not a drop was spilled! He left his work area cleaner than how he found it.

Kyle was fantastic and knowledgeable. The technicians Jimmy & Mike if I am remembering correctly were outstanding. If I am remembering the names wrong my apologies. The system was the best ac I have ever had and saves us a lot of money and increasing comfort. Daiken is the way to go.

Hired last year for a suspected leak from my tub. They recaulked the tub. Contacted again because the stain was worse but this time it was from my AC unit. They were responsive and fixed the problem. Just were unable to fix the ceiling. Will hire again!

After a superficial visual inspection without any disassembly, I was quoted a high price. The serviceman did not make me feel comfortable with his expertise so I declined the work. The company I ultimately hired did a thorough cleaning, inspection and repair for less money

Company technicians came into the home without tools or the ability to complete services. I was to be refunded the $69.99 diagnostic fee with the completion of repairs. I was never refunded due to the technician not having the part with him at the time of repair. I was denied the right to speak to a supervisor and went a week without hot water due to the company not having the part. Lackluster customer service.

Really great experience with Griffin Home Services. Kyle was our sales tech and he was incredible with his customer service, explaining the options and working on the best solution for our particular situation. Installation was great as well, all of the crew acted professional, friendly, and courteous. Would have received a perfect 5.0 rating, but we had a bad thermostat during the install and it took a week to get a replacement installed. Regardless, would highly recommend Griffin to anyone looking to get a replacement AC system! Our air is working wonderfully now and we are so happy!
