"Old AC quit and we thought it just needed a charge. Called 1 hr heating and ac, set appt for next day. The tech was on time very professional and honest. Our system was completely empty he advised us that the price to completely fill the system was about a grand and told us it is our call but ultimately the system has a leak, he could fill it and charge us the price and be without ac not much longer than a season if we were lucky. We chose to just replace the system. The sales rep was out here on time the next day he was also very professional and nice, then at the end of that meeting we were lucky enough to be able to get the AC installed the very next day which was Friday. The install guys were great also! They arrived early to my surprise which I was happy about. I was quoted about 6 to 8 hrs for install and the install team was quick 4 and a half hrs later new system was in and running great. It was a wonderful experience for such a large task"

They did an awesome job helping my husband and I understand what was wrong with our AC and what needed to be done to fix it. They went above and beyond to help temporarily fix our AC until the part could be bought and fixed the next day. We were able to sleep in a cooled house and they were out to finish fixing the issue the very next morning as promised. The second visit was even better as Tommy was very knowledgeable about what we were describing was wrong and fixed it right away and finished fixing the problem we had previously.
