I gave him directions and he arrived within 20 minutes. He had to go on the roof, and then had to dig a hole to find the lower outside cleanout valve. He got everything opened up and was finished within an hour. It was the quoted higher rate of $300, but he wasted no time and we were extremely happy with him and his workmanship. "First a different technician came without a camera and tried to rod from the clean out line. He cut through some items at 20 ft and 50 ft and then the rod got stuck and twisted on itself. He said a different plumber would have to come back the next day with a camera. This whole process took 3 hours due to heavy snow. Shawn came back the next day and tried to camera from the outside clean out line, inspected the crawl space, then removed the toilet and tried to camera from the toilet. He also located where the camera got stuck under the house using a metal detector. He explained everything in detail and reported his recommendations. This whole process took 2 hours."
