Based on that conversation I decided to do the full replacement of new pipe which was more cost effective over the life of my home and would remove the possibility of future slab leaks requiring the tearing up of flooring. Farrell Pluming has superb customer service and responds to immediate texts and calls and follows up with when their techs are on the way with a photo and name of who will arrive at your door. Technicians, Kyle, Levi, Eric, Adam, Elijah, and Shane spent one and half days doing this complete retrofit, much of the work in a hot attic in Florida heat. It was a pleasure seeing how cohesive they work together and all were very mindful of my home and cleaned up after themselves throughout the retro fit. They even installed the two new shower heads, as a courtesy, that I had purchased for the two bathrooms. Let me share that Farrell Plumbing is a true family business and boy do they love dogs. My little girl, Gynness, followed them around for belly rubs and they were happy to oblige her. I cannot say enough about this team of men who did the install, polite, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful so I am calling them all out again. Thank you, Kyle, Levi, Adam, Elijah, and Shane, as well as Eric and Megan (office manager) who made this very ugly situation into one that brought peace of mind.
