"Requested for a guy to come out to give us an estimate on flushing problem. When the guy came out, he told us that our sewer lines need to be flushed and our shower drain was leaking. I paid him $75.00 for him to go outside and have my husband flush the toilet to see if any leaks. I understand you have to pay a diagnostic fee, but he didn't even do anything but have my husband flush the toilet do see if there were any leaks outside. I could have done that. Then the guy said he would give us an estimate. We got nothing in writing."

Asked to cancel the contract multiple times due to my increased concerns of lack of security monitoring. Even when they can’t deliver on their responsibilities, they will not let you out of the contract. $58 a month wasted on this Company. Even when the contract expired, they still require you to sent email cancelling the contract...and pay a partial month? Another Company with an ounce of decency would’ve let you out of the contract after it expired without having to partial pay month after contract had already expired, particularly when they never reached out to check on your family when alarms went off.
