All went as quoted.

I had had a roofer and a stucco worker out previously to do work. They both instructed me that the leak was emanating from the fireplace/chimney and to contact a professional in that line of work. A Plus Fireplaces Granite & Marble sent two men, Willie and Mark, out to check the issue. They climbed into my attic, something neither the roofer nor stucco provider did, and determined the leak was coming from the roof. They took photos and showed me exactly where and what the issue was. I was highly impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. 

The service technician (Buzz), was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He took apart the entire fireplace, cleaned all the parts that were usable, and replaced the parts that had failed due to age (12 years), he even spray painted the fireplace metals that were starting to rust with a heat resistant paint. Buzz came in and was very careful not to make any mess, he created a work are with a plastic sheet, before beginning the repair process. After fixing the fireplace, he gave me a detailed explanation of how to care for and take care of the fireplace. He spent 2 hours at our home, and when he left, our fireplace looked brand new, Buzz did a really good job, and I would highly recommend this company.

It was the cap that no one else could do. They did the work. They were professional. We didn't have any problems.

The fireplace turned out beautifully. The price was very affordable. The gentleman out here worked hard and got the job done successfully. The chimney did leak water initially, but they came out and fixed it immediately.
