"Customer Service" appeared irritable, irresponsive and argumentative. They refused to come and give me a specific quote unless I drove to their showroom to choose products. I took the day off to do so, as I live far from them. Again, Mary was borderline cordial --seemed cold and disinterested. A month after that their "estimator" Mike came. He grudgingly looked to the roof (not he did not even have a ladder but instead used one of our chairs). Said that the project seemed straightforward and roof was fine for the purposes. A week or so later he emailed me, copying what I assumed his bosses, that they cannot do the project (even though he did not indicated that during our meeting). When I visited the showroom Mary and I discussed the option of an electric fireplace if wood burning doesn't seem possible. Mike, however, during his visit to the house said wood burning is better. Later in his email he never provided the electric fireplace as an option. I wasted my time in visiting the showroom and also in waiting for Mike to come for a specific estimate. The company is unreliable and doesn't comport itself as a licensed serious/reputable business. Do not waste your time like I did, but reach out to other contractors if you are looking for a contractor that values its business and costumers.

All went as quoted.

I had had a roofer and a stucco worker out previously to do work. They both instructed me that the leak was emanating from the fireplace/chimney and to contact a professional in that line of work. A Plus Fireplaces Granite & Marble sent two men, Willie and Mark, out to check the issue. They climbed into my attic, something neither the roofer nor stucco provider did, and determined the leak was coming from the roof. They took photos and showed me exactly where and what the issue was. I was highly impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. 

Our propane company highly recommended this company to work on our gas fireplace. After seeing the glowing reviews on Angie's List, I called to schedule an appointment. I was told that the earliest they could work us in would be in almost seven weeks (after the holidays - no fireplace for Christmas). I had experienced difficulty in finding a quality gas fireplace repair/service company in our area, so I agreed to the appointment date, despite it being almost seven weeks out. After scheduling my week to work around their house call, I received a message from the company the morning of the appointment stating that the tech had called in sick, period. No follow up call or offer to reschedule the appointment - nothing. Close to seven weeks completely wasted, I could have spent the time finding a qualified company that wanted the job. It's obvious they don't want to take jobs in Polk county, It should be removed from their listing on Angie's List. The owner of this company told the owner of our propane company directly that they aren't taking jobs in Polk county, this needs to be communicated directly to potential clients, not indirectly by scheduling appointments almost two months out and cancelling the morning of the appointment.

The service technician (Buzz), was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He took apart the entire fireplace, cleaned all the parts that were usable, and replaced the parts that had failed due to age (12 years), he even spray painted the fireplace metals that were starting to rust with a heat resistant paint. Buzz came in and was very careful not to make any mess, he created a work are with a plastic sheet, before beginning the repair process. After fixing the fireplace, he gave me a detailed explanation of how to care for and take care of the fireplace. He spent 2 hours at our home, and when he left, our fireplace looked brand new, Buzz did a really good job, and I would highly recommend this company.

It was the cap that no one else could do. They did the work. They were professional. We didn't have any problems.

Perfect. Took less than a week from templet to install. New double vanity is beautiful and perfect. I have bought granite 3 times in the last year and wish I would of used them all 3 times.

APlus Fireplaces installed a gas fireplace in my home. I am very pleased with the fireplace. It is very beautiful and looks as though it has always been there.

A Plus sent a representative quickly who was professional and knowledgeable. While he was unable to service the unit in my home because his company did not service the type of unit I had, he was incredibly helpful and pointed me in an appropriate direction to find the help I needed. At all times he was courteous and responsive to all of my questions. I'm certain any service they would have provided would have been first rate.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE SALES PERSON SHOWED US THE MANUFACTURING OF THE MARBLE COUNTER TOPS, AND INSTALLATION WENT VERY WELL. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

The fireplace turned out beautifully. The price was very affordable. The gentleman out here worked hard and got the job done successfully. The chimney did leak water initially, but they came out and fixed it immediately.
