Requested for a guy to come out to give us an estimate on flushing problem. When the guy came out, he told us that our sewer lines need to be flushed and our shower drain was leaking. I paid him $75.00 for him to go outside and have my husband flush the toilet to see if any leaks. I understand you have to pay a diagnostic fee, but he didn't even do anything but have my husband flush the toilet do see if there were any leaks outside. I could have done that. Then the guy said he would give us an estimate. We got nothing in writing.

J No Local Guide·46 reviews·3 photos 26 minutes ago NEW Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value 9/18 we had LCI plumbing come out to locate a water leak. They advised it was coming from the slab, charged 400 for a professional slab inspection with their equipment to pin point the leak. After about 20 mins or so they advised for sure they found the exact spot marked it with tape and would be out the next day to repair it for 2400 dollars. 9/19 One plumber showed up, cut out the carpet drilled out a huge area of concrete slab and dug, only to find NOTHING but dry dirt. Basically said Oops well we told you "it's not 100%" > that being a lie, no one ever mentioned to me that their location system wasn't 100%. They then went on to try and tell me it would me 3100 to replace the manifold and reroute it though my attic. In 5 days. Of course by then I decided to call a different company for a 2nd opinion. 2nd company came out, located the leak in 15 mins and repaired it within the hour for thousands less. So I would absolutely steer clear of LCI plumbing. I believe they mis lead me and over charged me for literally just damaging my slab and doing a p*** poor job of refilling it also.

Left me hanging never completed Jon. In fact they canceled the job. They were suppose to arrive in the morning. When I called later that day Chris said I was unhappy so he can celebrate the crew just like that.

The service was fine, he did a great job. The problem is he lied and changed the prices. He overcharged me.

LLC plumbing did not honor the contract, I sued LLC plumbing in court and won. I told LLC Plumbing EXPLICITLY I needed a 1 HP pump, LLC Plumbing installed a 1/2 HP pump instead and tried to charge me an extra $1,800, I now get 10 gallons per minute rather then the 20 gallons per minute I contracted for, not near enough water volume or pressure, I now need to spend $5,000 for an entire new well. The court ruled in my favor and LLC Plumbing is ordered to reimburse me $3,650, LLC Plumbing is ignoring the judgement, I have filed a motion to enforce the courts ruling. Beware of "shisters", CHRIS is a shister, the courts ruled the same.

Christopher Lynch solved the problem concerning the cement wire border. He was very professional and polite. I thanked him for his time and interest in the project. I would highly recommend LCI Plumbing, LLC to anyone needing a project done.

Finding the concrete lid took a bit of time, chipping pieces of concrete off. Gave a military discount. Also sealed top with loose concrete & water. Covered everything back up before they left. The 3 men were very professional. I would ask for their services again. Didnt call before they showed up. The only con.

LCI gave us the most reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would and performed the work in a timely manner. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We will be using again for any plumbing needs we have.

They came and did the work in great time. There were some issues after the hurricane but they came out and took a look said it might be just the dirt being so wet but after it drys if the problems still happens then they will come back and fix any issues. They also told me that they might help with replacing the dirt that was lost with the boulders that came out.

Estimate given over the phone. (Another company wanted to charged $59 to come out and give an estimate) Price was reasonable. Communication was excellent. Chris looked at a few other very minor concerns we had without upcharging us for them.
