"If I could give Eddie a 100 star rating I would. Since we live in Michigan taking on a full kitchen and bath remodel on our second home with a contractor we didn’t know was definitely unnerving. I can without hesitation give Eddie of Flip Flop Cabinet and Tile Creations my highest recommendation. Not only did he communicate with me promptly and courteously he also sent photos daily as progress was made on our home. Just to further validate, we have moved 2 times in the past three years (once from Rome Italy to Michigan and now in the process of moving to New Jersey) and have remodeled that home and are currently remodeling our new home... we are continually working with different contractors. We have dealt with the good, the bad, and the down right ugly. Eddie has by far gone above and beyond what we ever expected. His work and crew are incredible. I even asked if he could hang a tv for me and he immediately sent over a member of his crew. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"
