The only real issue we had was regarding the price of the shower tile/bathroom countertop, which turned out to be over budget though we remember being told it wouldn't be. Jordan made everything right and honored our original agreement. Many companies would not have done that, and they'll definitely get our repeat business because of that. My only advice to them would be to put the actual tile and countertop pricing in writing beforehand. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier with their work and their company."
