  Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage.   Services were complete as outlined in the initial sales agreement. Storm damage durning the project however Total Home Roofing immediately responded with temporary tarps and then complete my roof after storms complete. Damage inside my home has been repaired to my satisfaction.

  We live out of state and bought a home that was on a short sale that had been empty for three years and needed everything done to it. I was very anxious about getting a contractor because everyone kept telling me there was no way I could trust a Florida contractor and not be down there the entire time. I had a realtor that I had worked with before and on this house that I really trusted and she had given me names of contractors she knew. I knew that Rob Donovan knew the house because he had did a estimate for the people that had backed out of the sale before us. So I had a list of three contractors I was going to meet and set up times with each of them. The first contractor I met with went ok but I didn't feel that great about it. The second Contractor I met I did not like at all. I had a meeting with Rob Donovan the next day , instantly I felt at ease. He went thru the entire house with me answered all my questions. I felt he was a honest sincere person and I trusted him from the start. Originally I was just going to narrow the search down and have my husband fly down to meet with them and decide. I hired Rob the day I met him. We set up a time for him to measure and give me a estimate the day of closing on house. I felt like he was fair on the price and went out of his way to find ways to save me money. The house had mold issues that concerned me and he was there to assure me it can be taken care of and he did. He was so prompt on answering any questions I had. They started on the house in July as soon as the permit came in. They did everything to the house , windows , doors, roof, stucco, ac, pool, garage , ceiling repair. The house was completely trashed inside and out. Rob went above and beyond his job for us. I'm not good with picking out things and I asked him if he could pick out the front door and the paint colors. He did a amazing job. I arrived back in Florida in August and could not believe how much was already done and how great it was looking. Rob went thru the entire house with me several times to see if anything was missed or anything else needed done. Anytime I had any kind of question or needed something he was so prompt getting it taken care of. I had the chance to meet his crew, such a great talented group of men. They also went above and beyond their job. They hauled out refrigerator for me, carried up a mattress for me, hooked up my dishwasher , washer and dryer, and the water on the refrigerator. One of the things I liked about Rob was he is a family man and his crew is his family too. We were completely impressed and happy with everything they did.   They were very friendly and informative during the estimate. They showed up and finished the job exactly on schedule. My roof was in very poor condition and still the whole job was only 2 days including clean-up. The actual roofing crew was professional and was all work. No wasted hours. I would recommend them for other roof jobs and would be happy to use them again if I require their servicesshow more

  They did a great job on the roof. I wouldn't have them do anything they need to sub contract however. Brian the sales guy was great. The office staff were not great at communication. There was plenty of aggravation, but the end product was excellent.

  Brian Hare, the owner, LISTENS! He really understood us and what we wanted and gave us a beautiful proposal - more to our liking than any of the others. He personally came shopping with us, brought us to his suppliers and others so we could pick out doors, windows, cabinets, etc. so the details were exactly what we wanted. He checked on the progress often and gave us several extras along the way. We actually lived in the house as his crew worked on it. They all were easy and fun to work with. They all took our needs and wants into consideration and almost always went out of their way to accommodate us. My computer was in our FL room which was completely gutted. They re-wired my system so that I could use it while they worked. They also made several custom details per our requests. By the end of the project, which added 680 sq ft, we had become friends with Brian and each of his crew - especially Mike, the master carpenter who was here every day and was in charge of the job. It was really convenient to us to have one person there all the time who was in charge. The project was finished on time and we now enjoy our new space, which integrates into the rest of the house so well that it doesn't look like an add-on. Brian was so proud of the finished product that he brought his family and father over to show it off. Our house has become an 'icon' within our community thanks to their workmanship and design. In fact, to our surprise, the extension and patio was featured on the cover of our community directory the following year.
