"Eagle Roofing Products is the manufacturer of the roof tile installed on the member's residence in 2007. Bossler Roofing, the roofing contractor that purchased our product and installed it on the member's residence investigated the homeowner’s claim along with a representative of our company. It was determined by Bossler Roofing’s representative and our technical representative, who collectively possess over 45 years of roofing industry experience, that the green discoloration is likely the result of a spilled solution on the roof either by a cleaning or pest control vendor and is not a result of defective roof tiles. We respect the rights for consumers to post their displeasure with conflict resolution attempts on consumer feedback websites. Since 1989 Eagle Roofing Products has supplied hundreds of thousands of tile roofs from coast to coast.
