I signed a contract to have a home built in a West Melbourne Community on August 25, 2016. Jill worked her magic with the builder the day before and was able to get $15k off the top plus 5k off closing if I use their preferred lender. I highly recommend her to anyone, she will look out for your best interests.

Jill was on top of our sale from the start.  She was attentive, prepared, and understood the local market very well.  Jill was extremely professional during the entire sales process and was constantly in contact to ensure that we understood every step in the process.  We had a pretty short notice sale (about 1 month before we moved), and she had our house under contract within 24 hours on the market!  Not only did she look out for our sales interests, she really cared about our family and our needs.  If you are looking for a realtor that will not only get your house sold quickly but will also look out for your family as they transition, then Jill Berry is definitely the best realtor you can find.  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area and would be my first call if we move back to the area!  She is by far the best realtor we have ever had.  A+++++!!
