Florida Select Building Company LLC

Florida Select Building Company LLC recently remodeled my bath and kitchen. I was very impressed as to how they kept the home while the project was under construction. His crew was very considerate of my wants and made me feel as though I was part of the crew. I received exactly what I had asked for on budget and on time. I would highly recommend Florida Select to do your project.

There was dust thru-out the house  on  everything as no plastic wall barrier was put into place. I came home from work to the mess.  
    The front  door still has light coming in around all 4 sides .  The storm door  handle comes off and the hinges have one screw holding it to sides actually is loose.  I tried calling  numerous times only to get hang ups. Idid not give up and finally caught  him but the response was poor . Steve came with a helper who was being instructed as to what to do. in the end tile was chipped .  
   Confronted about chpped tile denied damage but they were using a hammer banging the door in place . I found extra tile and I should have called a tile repair man as Steve and his worker can"t  tile.
     Steve said he would return with weather stripping  well there has been no return!   
   I have had two other contractors at the house for work pertaining to wind mitigation.
    They asked " you"re having prblems with your front door aren"t you"? This was just from looking at the work.  I also learned that a permit was never sought from the town .only to learn that if astorm should blow the door down the insurance company would not pay the claim .  As a widow  it  just proves that  we are taken advantage by dishonest business people such as Florida Select / Steve FIelds.  Wonder if he"d like his wife to be treated like he has treated me. 
    I am willing to show anyone the work that was done as
I will have to wait some time to have front door and unfinished threshold redone. 
   The sad thing is that my friend of 30years recomended Steve as he is her neighbor and she said he would do right by me since I was  awidow. Yes I let her  see the mess .
    No I could never recomend the company .
