"Where to begin….at the end when it was time to say goodbye to Andy and Devin. I got a little choked up! Before occupying a newly purchased townhouse that had been a beach rental for a long time and was in pretty bad shape, I took the opportunity to do a complete renovation: demo’d tile and restored the original terrazzo floors, removed carpet from the stairs and restored the original wood, two bathrooms, had knock down done on the walls and ceiling, painted every inch of the place, replaced all the baseboards (5” pine) and all the door/window trim (3” pine), and custom closets doors (floor to ceiling). We basically did it all. When Andy came in to do the estimate he took the time to measure everything, take very good notes and came back with a VERY reasonable quote. I gave him the code to the door and let him take over. I would watch the trucks come/go from my nearby rental: plumber, tiler, dry wall, flooring. He gave me my shopping list (vanities, toilets, tiles, appliances) and when he needed them delivered. I would stop by every day to check in, answer questions and watch the amazing progress. Of ALL the work I had done, the only thing I had to ask for a change was to lower a curtain rod. Do not hesitate to hire this team! I now consider Andy and Devin my friends. GOOD PEOPLE!!!"
