"I had estimates with four companies to replace my sliders with french doors and WIndow Depot had, by the far, the most competitive price.  The estimate process was quick and professional.  The owner came out to measure for the doors and I'm glad he did because he was able to suggest better options for the doors.
The salesman gave an estimate of 6-8 weeks for my doors to be installed, but due to the upcoming holiday the owner made it clear it would be closer to 8 weeks.  I was expecting a call to set up the install. 9 weeks out, I still hadn't heard from them.  It took a couple of calls to their office to set up the install.  On the second call, I got the owner who apologized and explained that they were moving offices.  I got a call back promptly the next day to set up an install date.  They were even able to move up the install date due to a cancellation which I was grateful for.
I was impressed with their installers dedication to getting the job done right the same day.  They had a few bumps which made the installation take a little longer.  They started work at 8 am and didn't finish the job until around 8 pm.  They could have called it a day and came back to finish another time, but the lead installer wanted to see it through.  They did a great job.
The only additional advice I have is to be sure to get an itemized receipt.  I ended up ordering high-impact glass with argon gas fill, but after install I noticed that one set of doors had the argon gas, but the others did not.  When i raised this issue, the owner was prompt in replying and addressed it professionally.  I was given a $100 refund for the discrepancy. However, I have no idea how much extra I paid for the argon because I didn't get the itemized receipt.  
Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the look of my doors and would use their service again.

Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. The production and installation were completed as promised even if their busy season. Trey was our installer and there is not a bad thing to say about his skills or customer service. I would highly recommend giving RollShield a call for your window or hurricane protection needs."
