Chris called in advance to let me know he was on the way to the appointment 11-7-24 arrived on time. He installed the security system that I had purchased from Home Depot which included 2 cameras and a video doorbell. The cameras were installed out side, 1 in the front near the top of the garage & the other on the upper patio wall on the back porch. After each camera was installed & after I had down loaded the app for the video doorbell & cameras, I could see very clearly the front door entrance, the driveway & entrance of patio sliding glass door. The installer, Chris showed me each step he took to install the security system. He was patient with me when he asked me to go to the app store to down load the app so the security system could be installed. After he installed the security system, he tested it with me showing me the features how they worked. The price was reasonable for the 2 hr. installation.

Prompt. Cordial. Didn’t really do a good job of hiding wires or left us know that the keypad for alarm system would be an eyesore. But overall good guy and will probably use again.

I used Masada Security for a wiring issue. William, the owner, contacted me shortly after the quote request and we stayed in communication until the project was completed. Charlie, the technician, was very proficient and did a fabulous job. Charlie made my list of top-notch technicians with his knowledge, skill and efficiency to complete the job.

Used Masada Security for both home alarm/fire services and an outdoor perimeter surveillance system. Great professional team from the owner on down. We had some quickly risen miscommunication concerns that came up during installation. However, everyone was working to resolve the matter. Overall, they did a great job.

Masada installed the latest wireless technology almost no wiring required. If you have a data phone, this can be central to your system and save some money as there are apps to control the system. My primary concern was being able to monitor the operation of my heat/cooling systems when I'm away and this is ingeniously simple. The system uses a two-factor authentication which is similar to financial/banking transactions. The installer made a point of showing us how to operate the system in great detail and set up/tested two phones for the system on site. Very helpful. Only caveat: if you do the wireless capable thermostat you need to install it yourself. Not that hard if you've ever done one before but make sure you know what type of system you have, since heat pumps are very different from standard heating systems and can be damaged if miswired. The whole thing took about two hours.

Cant say enough about what an 'Outstanding' team Masada Security have been. I wish my own business was as efficient! From the first call, Daniel the sales manager fitted in my schedule review the next day, was very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable. Brittany in operations was very thorough, pleasant and punctual in responses and follow up. Charlie who fitted the system was just great. Very knowledgeable, no corner cutting, not over talkative (which i like), extra effort to be 100% and follow up with my wife and I to be sure we understood the operation. Project: troubleshoot and replace two existing nonworking cameras, adjust focus on another camera, reestablish app for remote viewing of cameras, reset admin password on DVR. Highly professional and very knowledgable. Will use them again. Highly recommended.

I worked with Daniel in the office, he was extraordinarily patient and calm which I needed at a time when my home alarm was screaming for no apparent reason, he assisted me in figuring out how to resolve the issue of disarming a 20 year old home alarm system that was supposedly deactivated long ago. MY HOUSE WAS PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT TO WIRE BECAUSE OF HIGH CEILINGS. HOWEVER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND AS UNOBTRUSELY AS POSSIBLE. I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. I CAN SEE OUTSIDE MY HOUSE MUCH BETTER THAN I ANTICIPATED. I WOULD RECOMMEND MASADA TO ANYONE
