"We fix are thieves. When I called I specifically asked how much it would cost if they came and were unable to fix my dishwasher. I was told $79. They replaced the pump. I have spent more than $450 dollars (including a large tip) over the course of THREE visits and do not have a working dishwasher. They replaced the pump. They now claim that the issue is my electrical system. If the issue is my electrical system, I need a refund for the pump. If the issue is my dishwasher, they need to fix it. Regardless, if I want to spend 6 ones at home watching a repair man and end up financially responsible for unnecessary parts, I can do it myself. I specifically asked how much it would be if they could not fix it and was told $79. I was told on my last visit that I could get a refund from the “corporate structure”. I have been ignored. I called and was told they needed to get a statement from my repair technician Paul. I know they had already spoken to him because he got a call as he was leaving, briefly said in English that the dishwasher “worked” before switching to a Slavic language so I couldn’t understand. The language switch tells you all you need to know about their business practices. If they speak English the customer knows they steal. They obviously have no intention of fuffiling their obligations or giving me a refund. Be sure to use a credit card with chargeback capability if you choose to ignore my warning. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. My issue is that even after the chargeback, I don’t know the problem. According to my repairman, by total coincidence my electric system coincidentally developed a problem the same week. But the dishwasher was broken too but is now is “fixed”. I simply do not believe to at my electric system and dishwasher developed a problem within the same day. So now do I call an electrician, do I call a repair man? Do I call another repair man because I assume the dishwasher is broken still? Or do I call and electrician because the dishwasher never worked? All I know is what repair man to not call. I was considering buying another dishwasher with how expensive repairs have been but was quoted lower prices by AACO advanced disheasher repair and excellence appliance repair. I think I will pay to fix my dishwasher. But “we fix” was my only option for repairs I would just buy new appliances. I have wasted no less than 4 hours with them here, an hour being ignored by them on the phone, waited for them for another 6+ hours and have spent $450 to not have a working dishwasher or a refund for the parts they unnecessarily changed. THIS COMPANY ENGAGES IN FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES Management, if you read this, I would be happy to accept a refund for all but $79 instead of doing a chargeback. I agreed to pay $79 if y’all could not fix my dishwasher and integrity is important to me, even if it isn’t to y’all. I will be doing a chargeback in one week if I have not heard from y'all. I am tired of being ignored The last representative I spoke to hung up on me after I explained The situation. He did not say a word after asking what my problem was. The one before that transferred me. When I call back quickly they send me to voicemail. I do not appreciate being ignored and am extremely disappointed that a business this dishonest is allowed to operate in a country with such robust consumer protection laws. This is by far the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY IN ANY CONTEXT EVER I have been transferred between three employees for an hour without getting a single straight answer. I am shaking with rage and am deeply regretting getting involved with crooks. Trying to get a refund for services not provided has taken hours. They’ve been very rude"

It’s important to get a home inspection when buying a home because home inspectors are trained to examine the various aspects of a home to determine that everything is in good condition and find unseen problems that current homeowners need to fix before the home sale takes place. Although home inspections are not legally required, a thorough inspection can help you decide if you want to purchase a home. That’s why it’s essential to keep a home inspection contingency so that you have the option to walk away from the sale if the home inspection reveals expensive issues.
A home inspection typically includes the home inspector conducting a thorough visual examination of essential home structures and mechanical components. Afterward, the inspector will provide a home inspection report that relays descriptions of damage or other findings for the homeowner to review.
Home inspectors will examine the following home areas and features:
Plumbing
Electrical
Foundations
Roof
Windows and doors
Overall condition of interior and exterior
HVAC systems
Attics
Basements or crawl spaces
Major built-in appliances
Typically, a licensed and certified local home inspector conducts home inspections. Real estate agents often work closely with trusted home inspectors. Licensing requirements vary from state to state for home inspectors, but they must have local certification and valid insurance. Many licensed home inspectors belong to professional associations like the American Society of Home Inspectors.
Typically, the home buyer pays for the inspection by hiring a home inspector. This method helps you make an informed decision about a home’s condition before purchasing it. Home sellers can also conduct their own home inspection to ensure that they are getting the best price for their home and property.
On average, home inspections cost about $350, ranging from $200 to $500, depending on the home’s size, age, and location, plus any specialty inspections required. Additional cost factors include testing for asbestos or conducting thermal imaging tests to find infestations, checking energy efficiency, and looking for structural or electrical problems. If your home is more than 2,000 square feet, you can expect to pay $400 or more.
