This company should receive a 10 star rating but I am only able to do 5 stars. Steve , owner of the company did a home inspection for us before our one year warranty on the house expired. Since the purchase of our home everything went wrong with the builder and we had Steve come out and do the inspection. Steve is very professional and very knowledgeable and understands building codes and adheres to the codes not the builder. He knows exactly what to look for and we felt a sense of relief after he came to do the inspection. The office Manager Sheri is his wife and was very kind and helpful. You won’t go wrong hiring this company over any other home inspector. Thanks to you both for all your help!

Steve came to our project site promptly and as scheduled. His office was responsive during the entire process. Communication was crucial, since we were out of state. He kept us informed at each step. A couple of days after the inspection (which was thorough) Steve produced a summary inspection report as well as a fully detailed report with plenty of photos and code c,itations. He further guided us on next steps towards addressing any issues he found, and advised me on the remediation process which is now underway. I highly recommend Inspecto-Graff for a new home or construction inspection.

Excellent - extremely thorough, handled very efficiently, the report was extremely detailed with pictures and videos. I was there upon completion and everything was explained to me and supported by the report. The inspector, Steve, was professional while at the same time personable. I would not recommend any other home inspection service. Steve Graff is the absolute best, he is very thorough, communicates well, and the inspection reports are very easy to navigate through. I have used Steve Graff as an inspector when purchasing homes in the past, and have found him to be the best of many inspectors I have used over the years. We are now having a new villa built and Steve did a pre-drywall inspection yesterday. He sent me a detailed and extremely professional report that I will use to make sure all deficiencies are corrected. Copies from the plans, and photos were included to make it very clear what was being referred to, and the standards that were allegedly not met. Steve and his company have also been easy to deal with on scheduling, and his fees are very reasonable for the thoroughness of his services.
