Steve came to our project site promptly and as scheduled. His office was responsive during the entire process. Communication was crucial, since we were out of state. He kept us informed at each step. A couple of days after the inspection (which was thorough) Steve produced a summary inspection report as well as a fully detailed report with plenty of photos and code c,itations. He further guided us on next steps towards addressing any issues he found, and advised me on the remediation process which is now underway. I highly recommend Inspecto-Graff for a new home or construction inspection.

Steve is fantastic! He did a very thorough job, and caught several things along the way. I would not build a new home without a 3rd party inspector like Steve. It's a small investment for the value that it brings. He was consistently at my house, for every phase of the build.

Inspect-O-Graff, LLC inspected two properties for us - a house we were planning to sell and another we were planning to buy. We were extremely satisfied. Reports were delivered in a timely manner. Excellent - extremely thorough, handled very efficiently, the report was extremely detailed with pictures and videos. I was there upon completion and everything was explained to me and supported by the report. The inspector, Steve, was professional while at the same time personable. I would definitely recommend Steve and this firm to friends and family.

I would not recommend any other home inspection service. Steve Graff is the absolute best, he is very thorough, communicates well, and the inspection reports are very easy to navigate through. I'm a Realtor, and I recommend Steve to all of my customers, and have even hired him for my own home inspection!

I have used Steve Graff as an inspector when purchasing homes in the past, and have found him to be the best of many inspectors I have used over the years. We are now having a new villa built and Steve did a pre-drywall inspection yesterday. He sent me a detailed and extremely professional report that I will use to make sure all deficiencies are corrected. Copies from the plans, and photos were included to make it very clear what was being referred to, and the standards that were allegedly not met. Steve and his company have also been easy to deal with on scheduling, and his fees are very reasonable for the thoroughness of his services.

Inspector Graff is the most professional, thorough, reliable inspector you’ll ever find !!! We’ve used him 3 times ( recommended by friends) and he did a fantastic job each time ! He found a mold issue in one place we were buying that I guarantee no one else would have found!! He saved us much aggravation, and money not to mention possible health issues ! He is not he best! You’ll never find better!!

Steve Graff was excellent! He was courteous, professional and thorough. He alerted us to several things that needed to be corrected before we listed our home for sale...greatly helped to eliminate surprises during the sales process. Excellent! Inspect-O-Graff is beyond reproach. From day one, Inspect-O-Graff was keeping us informed and following a detailed inspection schedule so we could track the points of inspection and providing a detailed report of what was inspected. Inspect-O-Graff is so detailed, they discovered deficiencies the builder was not even aware of; deficiencies I feel would have been missed had it not been for Inspect-O-Graff's attention to detail and level of expertise. Money well spent for an investment you plan to enjoy for a long time.

Steve was recommended to us by our realtor. As first-time homebuyers we weren't sure what to expect, but he was incredibly thorough, giving us plenty of detailed information to make an informed decision. There were some issues with the home, so he didn't charge us for the 4-point, and instead gave us a deficiency report that detailed all of his findings, including which ones were needed to pass the 4-point. He was pleasant, took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and since we were on a deadline, had the report ready for us the very next day. Highly recommend, and will use again in the future.
