We are sorry to hear of this issue, however as discussed this issue was not present at the time of inspection. The home was occupied, closing occurred 40 days after inspection and no mention of the issue was brought to our attention after the final walk through. An inspection is a snap shot in time. We will not be bullied into providing a refund when we are not in the wrong.Service Provider Response
