We upgrade you to a ten-year workmanship warranty, architectural shingles (12 different colors) that are rated for 130 mph winds. The new FL roofing code is 1 layer of under layment. we upgrade you to two layers at no additional cost. We also make sure that your roof is brought up to the new Florida roofing code.
