In fact, I was so happy with the service they provide that I not only used them to build a large custom home for my husband and I twelve years ago, I used them again to work on this very complicated custom buildout of our new condo. "I fired ny prior painter because he was not showing up to finally complete the painting, electrical work, and new baseboards. I was immediately contacted by Simeon Todorov about the work, two days later was able to evaluate the left over work to be done. After approval by my condo building office, he and his man began, and completed the 900 sq ft condo baseboards in ONE Day, touched up the painting, completed hooking up my TV which was installed on the wall, and changed an electrical switch. In two days! I was impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and quick completion of my project in time for me to put up my Xmas tree. I look forward to working with his company to do some additional work in my kitchen. Thank you very much."

"Element Repair and Remodeling is a excellent company . His work is perfection. The carport was so great,that we hired him to fix our insulated door and our railings at both doors, that were destroyed during hurricane Ian. I would hire Element Repair and Remodeling again for any large or small projects. Reasonable prices and very honest and reputable."

"We finally decided to do something about our ugly lanai ceiling! Patrick came over to measure and brainstorm solutions. We loved every idea he had and were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. After 5 years of trying to figure out best look for our ceiling, he nailed it during a quick consultation! We couldn’t sign on fast enough! We are so happy with our new tongue and groove lanai ceiling!! Patrick far surpassed our expectations, especially with the extra long boards for a seamless install! Miraculously, Patrick did the whole job by himself! It was obvious he takes great pride in his craftsmanship. Everyday he cleaned up his work site and left everything tidy. We would absolutely hire Patrick again for other home projects and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!"

"I solicited three bids. While OV One was slightly higher than one other roofing company I was considering, reviewing OV One's estimate line by line revealed additional services. I am always thorough when I search for a new vendor. I have never found a provider that impressed me more. The owner went above and beyond to make the project easy for me, from reviewing the estimate, revisions, getting permits, meeting county inspectors and of course the job itself. We had a cement (tile) roof that OV One removed and replaced with composition. I expected to be a little disappointed in the change, but our new roof looks spectacular! We could not be more pleased with the workmanship and appearance. Our neighbors are very impressed. His crew did a fantastic job cleaning up, including the gutters, pool deck, driveway, etc. I highly recommend Oscar and his company, OV One Construction."
