Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. We hired Florida Intracoastal Builders to repair damage after Hurricane Ian. They resided the house and repaired drywall damage on the interior. They are very versatile and will tackle tough jobs. Their workmanship is top notch. Duke and his crew did a great job and they really pay attention to details. They are great about answering calls and returning calls... very responsive. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of this team.

A skilled professional top-notch crew. Arrived as scheduled, did their job, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything they did: install sliding glass doors, gutters, insulation, drywall, exterior and interior doors, and kitchen cabinets was beautifully finished. I am a builder that is getting up in age and I donâ t want to do many projects any longer. It is so difficult finding good help as there are not many good contractors out there that know what they are doing. I really loved thease guys. They were fun and so professional. I will hire them again.

Quoted $1675 on installing 200 sq. Ft. Of siding. I provided all materials except 100 sq ft of insulation and 200 sq ft of tyvek.. when the job was completed I was charged $2499â ¦more than a 50% additional charge., excessive. i also received a $3100 quote for facia. I purchased the material for $300 and installed it myself in a day.

Its a pleasure to have this guy around to call when i need him; he's incredible. He's honest, straightforward, does what he says he will. He has his own crews (no subcontracting) and many members have worked with him for decades. I can honestly tell you I would not use anyone else. I've referred him to at least 7 church members and recently finished work on our church. Very trustworthy

We love him and definitely recommend! He said he would have the job done in 90 day and it was done in 91, and he was upset about it. Great quality work!
