Simeon did an unbelievable job installing our new kitchen cabinets. We have an older home so he had to work with uneven floors, walls, and a couple more obstacles . Despite all the issues, the finished product looks absolutely perfect. His attention to detail is unmatched and it really shows in the finished product. I cannot recommend him enough!

Simon and his crew were exceptional. Simon is very knowledgeable, detail and solution-oriented and is focused on quality and functional outcome. There were some challenges with my (over 100 yr old) condo building dated electrical wiring when installing recessed lighting and a new ceiling fan, and he was able to easily resolve. They also painted my living room, hallway, and bedroom and installed a bookshelf unit from IKEA and the end result was perfect and he added final touches that made them appear to be high-end! The price and quality are hard to beat. I would trust them with any home renovation project and have recommended to family and friends.

We had just completed an asbestos removal for our office in Chicago and they took our baseboards, resulting in me needing to find a fast solution. Simon was super communicative, efficient, and got the job done the day after I submitted the request to Angi's List. The work he completed was great, baseboards look awesome, and he went out of his way to touch up our drywall with some paint.

Simon does it right, he will tell you what he needs, and will provide you solutions if something needs to be worked through on the project. He is a good listener and is truly understanding. He has my highest level of recommendation for the work that he did. He committed to the project, and completed his assignment prior to the project deadline. 5 stars. My project was not easy.

Completed work in time promised efficient

I fired ny prior painter because he was not showing up to finally complete the painting, electrical work, and new baseboards. I was immediately contacted by Simeon Todorov about the work, two days later was able to evaluate the left over work to be done. After approval by my condo building office, he and his man began, and completed the 900 sq ft condo baseboards in ONE Day, touched up the painting, completed hooking up my TV which was installed on the wall, and changed an electrical switch. In two days! I was impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and quick completion of my project in time for me to put up my Xmas tree. I look forward to working with his company to do some additional work in my kitchen. Thank you very much.

Simeon did an amazing job tiling my backsplash in my kitchen. He was really thorough, explaining each step of the process. The finished product is beautiful.

We wouldn't trust anyone except Simon. He did our bathroom remodel and then we asked him to come again to replace the interior bedroom doors. He treats the project and your home like it is his home. Very detailed, pretty much knows exactly what you have in mind, very clean, friendly and professional. Very happy we found him! Give him the space, time and liberty to work and you will never be disappointed. His team is great too!

Did a fantastic job. Covered all furniture and flooring. Very respectable.

He did everything in the apartment so he has a variety of different skills. He did the bathroom, kitchen, tile work, and even the bar! Everything came out beautifully. He was very professional and helpful throughout the project and I would use them again!
