Best computer repair technicians near Tice, FL

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Taught me how to use and repaired my computer They are the best"

"Brady and his son were great. Asked questions before he came to our location to assess if our laptop could be fixed or would be better off buying new. Came within an hour to our home and within a couple hours we were all set to go again . He even declutterred my tablet & linked all our devices at no additional cost. Very reasonable price as well . You can not go wrong if you call high-tide tech for any computer services; Brady is very knowledgeable & will do his best to help you with your computer needs at an honest price."

"Wally was very prompt in responding to my call. He came to my house but took the computer to his office to work, but brought it back promptly the next day and gave me some instructions on the computer. He also did me a favor of getting me a new cord for my computer which I could not find in the stores, and then brought it to my home again for the 3rd time! We enjoyed having him in our home."

"Had a strange issue with my laptop where the cursor kept moving around on its own even when I wasn’t touching anything. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection. Everything was explained as they went and the laptop is running good now. Really convenient being able to get the whole thing taken care of without having to bring the computer anywhere."

"We just moved to Florida and while the process of transferring equipment and WIFI access is supposed to be easy, this was not our reality! So, we searched for a qualified expert to analyze and connect our various AV equipment and connect devices to WIFI. After speaking with an AVision representative we agreed to have a technician come to our home for a consult. We were amazed someone was available the very same day! Sean Jones, the AVision technician, is the ultimate professional who assessed our needs and quickly (within 5 minutes) connected the many wires and devices, WIFI, on the spot! As Sean worked, he instructed us on how to use the devices effectively. We HIGHLY recommend AVision Technology and will contract with them for any upcoming AV or computer networking or repair! Thanks, Sean and thanks, AVsion Technology!"
