Walter was professional, thorough, very knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He took time to answer all of our questions. He took his time to insure all areas of the home was thoroughly inspected and the inspection report was returned to us in the time he promised.

Walter explained everything that I had questions about in the home. This included water intrusion from window installation done by Home Depot.

Yes, he found issues that needed fixing. They were all documented in a report with photos. My only beef was the numerous mis-spelled words in the report. I would hire this company again.

Not present for home inspection but photos provided along with inspection report are nice. Suggested improvement to contractor is to add more verbiage as to issues and recommended resolution including references to licensed and fully insured contractors to perform whatever needs resolution.
