Small jobs welcome

"Carrington and Gavin were terrific. Called to see if they could arrive early, were professional and did a thorough and complete job including cleaning up. The job (assembling a Lovesac sectional) was more work than they expected but they completed it with good humor and attention to detail. Highly recommend."

"Kensy was prompt, professional, friendly and worked quickly. We had him install our tile/backsplash, connect plumbing and install and upgrade our electrical outlets. He also fixed our ceiling fan which was not operating properly, without charge. His fee was the lowest we received. We are recommending him to our HOA board for anyone that needs his services."

"Paul was just the handyman we were looking for in our move- out/move-in projects. He was prompt, knowledgable and went the extra mile to help us complete our 'to do' list. This included door repair and new door hardware and expert picture hanging. We highly recommend him and will use his services anytime there's a need."

Treehouse Builders questions, answered by experts

Before you get started on your hydroponic garden project, decide on your garden’s location. For a small office or home garden, consider an indoor hydroponic garden. Contrarily, if you plan on making a profit from your hydroponic garden, you might need to rent land or indoor space to grow your plants.

When designing an attached greenhouse, several factors should be considered. These include the orientation and positioning of the greenhouse to maximize sunlight exposure, the structural integrity of the connection to the house, sufficient insulation to regulate temperature, proper ventilation for airflow, and adequate space for plants and pathways. If you’re restricted because of your budget, go with a simpler design to maximize the use of your money.

Yes, proper grounding rods and conductors are essential for an effective system.

The quickest way you can protect plants and trees from frost is to cover them with garden blankets or frost cloths. Also, bringing potted plants or trees indoors is much simpler than trying to cover and protect them outdoors. Remember to anchor blankets with something such as sandbags, fabric pins, or rocks if the forecast calls for strong winds to keep them from blowing away and exposing your trees and plants.

One handy thing about whole-house dehumidifiers is, once installed, you don’t have to worry about placement or changing the dehumidifier’s position. But if you are using a portable dehumidifier, we suggest keeping it away from walls, vents, and furniture. It needs a central, unobstructed spot with access to lots of air to do its job.
