"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. Jimmy and his great staff came in and immediately attacked the algae problem in our pool.  He replaced the filter that the previous company should have replaced long ago and started treating the problem.  He called or sent someone to treat the pool every day, because he knew that we were eager to get the problem cleared up.  And clear it up they did -- the pool looks great. 

Jimmy and his staff have a thorough understanding of the chemistry of treating pool water and that is difficult for some companies who cannot treat a saline (slat water) pool.  You will be in great hands with this company.  It would be impossible for anyone to provide better service.

"We needed:  1)a gutter enlarged inside the cage; 2) rescreening of entire cage with Super Screen (golf ball proof with 10-year
warranty); 3) replacement of all ground angles and screws of existing cage structure; 4) cleaning of cage structure; and 5) an estimate on enlarging the lanai/cage.  We interviewed 3 cage companies and Pool Cage Mechanic was the only company that would deal with the replacement gutter.  The other 2 companies told us they would only replace the gutter if we installed a new cage even though they said the existing structure was perfectly fine and sound.  During our meeting with owner Paul Ferrara we also discussed enlarging the lanai and extending the cage.  We signed with Paul without further discussion because he was mindful of price and gave us options on standard, white fly and super screens; described the permit process in Collier County for enlarging the lanai; quoted a fair price on the work to be done; and threw into the deal new hardware on the 2 doors and cleaning at no additional
charge.  The work was completed as scheduled by a crew of 5 in one day except for a new down spout that was installed the next morning.  The crew worked diligently and cleaned up.  The work is perfect and we will use them for the lanai/cage extension.  If you need repairs or replacements to a gutter or cage, and you want an honest and fair price, you definitely need to contact Pool Cage
Mechanic.  They will do what other companies won?t do because the job is too small or a pain in the neck.

"I would highly recommend both Ryan Swartz and 3D Solar for a PV solar installation. I reviewed 5 Solar installation companies, 3D Solar was the best by far. 1) Customer Service and interactions: Outstanding. Sales pitch was informative and interactive, they sought to listen and answer any and all questions. All inquiries were handled professionally, thoughtfully, and quickly. 3D Solar worked to set our expectations in all aspects of the project, making sure we understood the capabilities, process and services being provided. 2) Products and Warrantees: Outstanding. The solar products they offered were highly regarded in the industry. They represented the latest proven, highly resilient, completely monitored, residential technology out-there, all 'standard' components which are easily found, replaced and serviced if necessary. Each quote we received had different drivers for sizing the array, and different ways of explaining the proposed cost. We had to discover how to compare them 'apples to apples'. First, the assumed peak hours of sunshine varied between vendors. One of the quotes assumed a much higher number of peak hours than the others AND industry sources. This vendor in my opinion would have undersized the array, resulting in NOT meeting our goal of satisfying our TOTAL electric consumption. Second, I found that the installed cost per watt, was the best way to compare the costs between vendors. Although this was not my top criteria, it was important. 3D Solar provided the lowest cost per watt installed! Would we choose 3D Solar again? Absolutely! Would we agree to show our installation to others as a referral? Absolutely! Note: At this time our Solar Array has been in production a little over two weeks. It is performing as explained so far. I have no reason to believe it were change."
