Jake from Pool Leak Rescue was great as he searched the entire pool for leaks and identified the leak near the drain. The solution required substancial removal of material near the drain and recaulking the seal. I can't say enough about his professionalism and commitment to getting the job done the correct way."

"Very pleased with EcoWater Systems. Marcus came out to our house to explain our options based on our water quality. We have very hard water, which we knew, so we didn't qualify for the water softener that was only $1200.00, however, he still had a coupon for several hundred dollars off of another system. We had already shopped for systems and knew this was a fair price. We felt he gave an honest presentation and was not a hard sell or pushed us to up-sell, which we liked. He did offer additional  products and services but when we decided against them, he did not push us. The installation was scheduled two days later (per our schedule, he could have had it next day). The installer, Dave, was very professional. He clearly explained the process prior to the start, cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished, and gave a very good brief explanation of the product and what we would need to do (which turns out to be nothing because their route maintenance is extremely reasonable and we signed up for it). We have only had the system for one day but everything they told us worked just as expected. I saved some water from the tap prior to the install to compare with after the install and the difference was amazing! So far, we can already tell the difference in drinking quality, laundry and showers. The fact that the regeneration water is beneficial to our yard (potassium) is just one more added benefit! I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

"This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."

"3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. "I've have used several pool service providers in the past three years who have not only disappointed me but made having a pool a nightmare. Thankfully I have finally found a company that communicates with me and I can trust. I have been looking for a company small enough to actually care and large enough to provide the various types of services needed to maintain my pool. The Owners of Sweetwater and their staff have gone out of their way to treat me like a special customer. They have been very fast to respond to issues and the charges I feel have been very fair. I hired them about 6 months ago and they have been great and are not trying to fix things that are not broken as others have done. I have never received near the level of personal attention with other companies regardless of their size. I depend on my pool for therapy and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me.
