I two companies trying to sell me hurricane impact sliding glass doors saying that the county won't approve the accordion shutters. Michael from the sales teams was extremely personable and it was really hard to ignore his ‘pitch’ on how firstly, the importance of updating our windows was, even though we had the protection of accordian shutters….and then secondly, how impact windows would help us with lowering our FPL utility bill and the general outside noise and lastly, the deal he offered us with changing out our windows and removing the accordians. When we finally got the permit from the City and our HOA, there was a slight delay with the installation time what with running into the holidays. But, once we had an install date, it was full steam ahead. Their install team (2 guys) came on time, were pleasant and had amazing workmanship – started on Wednesday and ended on Friday morning. Another team stopped by on Saturday morning, removed the accordian shutters, plugged the holes from the shutters and picked up the remaining trash bags. 100% Recommend!"
