"As discussed prior to arranging service, the provider put flannel cloths on my patio where the area rug was shampooed, so there was no possible dampness to harm my wood floors. My rug's colors were vibrant again and the equipment used did not leave it wet.  The slight dampness dried quickly as did the carpet on the stairs. I was pleased with the service and outcome.  I  do recommend this service provider and would engage their services again when needed.
