We provide a variety of services, from deep cleaning, routine cleaning for both residential and commercial properties, Airbnb, move-in/move-out services, window washing, commercial janitorial services and much more. Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."
