What a great job they did on my Mexican tile! They were very professional and were flexible when scheduling the appointment. My floors look like they are brand new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone one looking to clean and restore their tile.

They not only had by far the best price, once they saw my house was large they didnâ t change or start adding extras. They did great quality work. Clean , quick, good repair work and then perfect installation of new hardwood. Highly recommend this company! I would use them again.

The workers were professional, did meticulous work, cleaned up after themselves, cleaned as they worked and made sure the work they did was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Juan and two others did a great job of replacing 14 of my 18" porcelain tiles in the living room, kitchen and laundry room area. These particular ones had hairline cracks from issues with the concrete foundation when the home was built in 2002. Luckily, the original owners left us 17 spare tiles. We spotted the hairline cracks when we inspected and bought the house in late 2013. Removing tiles within floors of (non-cracked) tiles, takes quality artisans, which this team is. They completed the job in one full day. Highly recommended.

From the initial discussions and onsite visit to the photos of the finished floors, Juan was professional and demonstrated his expertise. He provided recommendations and guidance on grout color, floor transitions, and the best way to maintain the finished floors. The crew did an outstanding job, and the floors look brand new. Juan and his crew were punctual, and professional. They did a fabulous job and spent the time with no additional cost to me. They repaired all of tiles and saved me thousands of dollars by repairing multiple tiles that had been damaged and cracked. They did what others companies said could not be done. Juan and team were OUTSTANDING!! How refreshing to have a crew actually show up these days - and on time - to full fill the project in it's entirety. Although Juan reassured that the majority of the wear & tear & staining of 15 years would be greatly improved, I never expected that my marble floors would be restored to their original state. We are BEYOND satisfied with this very hard working crew. No more staining, holes or worn grout. AMAZING ob. We hired Juan to restore the marble Flooring in a home we recently purchased. I never could have imagined how beautiful the floors would come out! Juan did a FANTASTIC job! I was so impressed with the quality of his work, I hired him to fully restore my Mexican Tile lanai. His workmanship and attention to detail is impeccable! I highly recommend!!!!

Juan and his team were extremely professional, on-time everyday, and very accommodating as the job became bigger than expected! We had orange/glossy pine and oak flooring and Juan and his team sanded them down to expose the original light color of the wood. They are GORGEOUS and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. To top it off, they stained the handrail or our staircase (which we were going to just paint black), but Juan explained how the black stain would look better because it would show the grain in the wood still! He was absolutely correct!!!! WOW! Just wow!!! If you’re looking to refinish your hardwood floors, these are your guys!!! Thank you again for a job well done, Juan!!
