On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable.
