Despite all of the other clients and jobs he had going on he always tried his best to find time to update me on my project and answer any questions that I had. On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable.
