"Based on our experience, DL Flooring and Design is an excellent company to deal with. Their installers did an outstanding job installing 2' X 2' heavy marble tile in our master bedroom. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. The work was done on time, as promised, and the price was fair and competitive. When a problem (of my own making) arose, they handled it promptly, professionally, and, at no additional cost. My wife and I could not be happier with the result, as the images attached will show. "Serrano's was not only one of (if not the best) prices I was able to find while shopping around, but Diogo was by far the most responsive and communicative contractors I had the pleasure of speaking with. Despite all of the other clients and jobs he had going on he always tried his best to find time to update me on my project and answer any questions that I had. On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking at any sort of flooring project done and would be the first company I'd personally look to if I needed any more work done."
