We inherited a house, and it needed quite a bit of TLC. I (and hubby) live in San Diego and my brother (and his wife) live in Miami, but none of us knew any contractors so we turned to Angie’s List and found Florida Entry Builders. We called Mario (the owner) and told him what we needed to do since we were going to sell the property. Turns out Mario flips homes himself and knew exactly what we were looking for. Mario came to the house and gave an initial quote. We thought it was fairly priced and gave the green light. Like all projects, demolition discovered some unexpected issues. Also, and more importantly, Mario had many good recommendations on how to prepare the house for sale and incorporate the change orders while keeping us on budget. End of story, the house was on the market for one weekend and we are under contract. Mario, thank you and we were very happy to have found you.

Working with Mario and his team was a wonderful experience. A previous tenant left our rental unit in shambles and in unlivable conditions. This was unexpected and we urgently needed to renovate quickly. Mario came to our rescue! He is very knowledgeable and offered numerous options and great affordable ideas. His team was always on time and arrived when scheduled. Everything came out perfect. We are forever grateful to Mario for going above and beyond.
