Tom is a great guy who answered my call for help. He showed up when he said he would. Didnâ t pressure me into anything to buy. Told me exactly what was wrong. Gave me an estimate and I said ok letâ s do this. He asked why it needed to be done by. I said when ever but before the fall. 2 days later he called asked if he could come do the work. Got the hot tub up and running in less than 4 hours and we will use him for our yearly service man. Tom is a man of his word and has my utmost respect as a business owner. Plus best of all he actually answers your call when you call him. Something a lot of people did not do these days.
